iThrive began with one mother’s search for something more.
When Ketki Agarwal set out to find help for her children, she was met with long waits, conflicting opinions, and systems that looked at deficits instead of strengths. It often felt like no one was seeing her children as whole people.
In 2025, iThrive opened its doors in Ahmedabad. What started as a personal mission has become a child development centre that combines professional expertise with deep empathy.
Today, iThrive offers therapy services, special education, parent support, and assessments under one roof helping families navigate challenges without feeling alone.
At iThrive, we don’t believe in “fixing” children. We believe in understanding them and in helping them build skills and confidence at their own pace. We believe families deserve clear information, not jargon. Warmth, not judgment. And practical support, not endless waiting.
Everything we do is guided by these principles:
Ketki Agarwal, founder of iThrive and a parent to neurodiverse children, brings personal insight, professional expertise, and a deep commitment to inclusive, empathetic support systems. She is also pursuing a PGDPC from Symbiosis University.
“Sometimes, what makes the biggest difference is simply knowing you’re not alone.”
Dhvani supports children with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and other learning differences. With a patient, practical, strengths-focused approach, she believes learning differences don’t limit a child they open paths for growth, discovery, and thriving.
“Here, we help each child build on their strengths and progress at their own pace.”
Dr. Ruchika Kolte, Occupational Therapist, specializes in Pediatric Rehabilitation with expertise in Sensory Integration and Developmental Therapy. She helps children with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Difficulties, making therapy joyful and effective.
“I believe therapy shouldn’t feel like a task it should be a natural part of a child’s life, filled with learning, growth, and joy.”
Dimple uses evidence-based behaviour therapy to help children manage behaviour, anger, and emotions while building communication, social skills, and independence. With a warm, child-centred approach, she focuses on each child’s strengths and works closely with families to support meaningful, lasting progress.
“I believe every child’s journey is unique, and therapy should honor their pace and strengths.”
